Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.
Ship the Package
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
